Functional Command Team is the general decision making body for the Service which supports functional and geographical command areas. The Team manage the Service to meet the aims, objectives and priorities of the Corporate Plan.
The Team commands and directs resources, including prioritisation of workloads and finance, and monitors how the Service is performing through effective planning and performance management.
