The Service is led by a Chief Fire Officer and three Principal Officers; a Deputy Chief Fire Officer and two Assistant Chief Fire Officers - the Strategic Command Team. The Service is split into eight distinct functions headed by a Senior Manager who are members of the Functional Command Team.
