Vacancy - HR Adviser 


Based at Service Headquarters, Kempston

Hours: 37 per week (flexitime)

£32,486 per annum  rising to £36,379 per annum

Based at Service Headquarters in Kempston, you will advise managers on casework issues such as performance, attendance, discipline and grievance to ensure consistency across the Service. You will also develop and implement HR policy and procedures and provide generalist HR advice and support across the Service.

You must have Chartered membership of CIPD or equivalent (or be part qualified with significant work experience in the HR field) and be able to demonstrate continued professional development. Experience in a policy formulation role is essential, as is proven knowledge in the field of Employment Law and Employee Relations.

You must possess a current driving licence with no pending issues.

There is a requirement for the postholders to wear corporate clothing.
