Wholetime Recruitment
Bedfordshire and Luton Fire and Rescue Service Recruitment process for 2009 commenced in January with 2 Open Days when the application packs were handed out to those who attended. We do not anticipate holding any more Open Days until 2011 when our next recruitment process will commence.

Control
Our Service Control is staffed by Control Operators working on 4 watches providing 24 hour cover, they provide support and assistance to residents of Bedfordshire and Luton and support to operational staff. When there are vacancies, they are advertised in the local press and on this web site.
