Visits are suitable from any group within Bedfordshire and Luton:

The centre comprises of the 'house' plus a training room with full audio-visual facilities and remote handset quiz equipment to enhance the visit.
A chair lift is installed, allowing full access to both floors for wheelchair users.
During the visit a range of fire safety information and advice is given including:
- General fire safety for the home
- Planning an escape
- Making a 999 call
- Importance of working smoke alarms
