As part of our continued drive to embed the equality and diversity agenda into all organisational business we adopted the Equality Standard for Local Government. The Equality Standard provides a framework through which we can embed equality and diversity into all areas of business, and helping us to meet our legal obligations under anti-discrimination legislation.
