Consultation and Engagement 

As an organisation we want to ensure that the residents of Bedfordshire and Luton, our service users, and all other interested parties, have the opportunity to be involved in the planning, prioritising and monitoring of our services, and their veiws are at the heart of all Fire Authority decision-making processes and activities.

To make this happen we have developed a Consultation Strategy in which we set out how we will engage with stakeholders through communication and consultation. That engagement will be used to inform and influence the Service’s decision-making processes, involving stakeholders in the work and future direction of Bedfordshire and Luton Fire and Rescue Service.
